Agree the source of truth

Explicit field mapping

Align in-store transactions with online inventory and reporting.

Safe retries and reconciliation

When two systems disagree, the integration needs a rule. We map fields, events and ownership before writing code so reconciliation is not an afterthought.

Documented operational ownership

Documented mappings and responsibilities make the connection easier to maintain.

In our clients’ words.

“I cannot say enough good things about this stellar company.”

“They are very professional and they take their time on their work to provide you the best possibilities for your project.”

“Great Contractor! Simply WONDERFUL!”

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Your POS and retail integrations project, clearly defined.

Businesses connecting ecommerce, finance, CRM, ERP, shipping or other operational tools.

01

POS connection

Agree the supported endpoints, authentication method, fields and trigger behavior. Test a normal run and representative failures, and document credentials ownership, usage limits and recovery without exposing secrets in logs.

02

Product and stock mapping

Match source records and required fields to the destination, including identifiers, variants and exceptions. Agree a representative sample, then check counts and selected records rather than assuming an import completed correctly.

03

Operational checks

Run agreed representative cases and record the outcome and remaining limitations. Results identify the tested environment and coverage; they do not imply that every device, attack or future business condition was tested.

Scope and requirements

Supported POS APIs and hardware capabilities determine feasibility.

Any additional work is scoped and priced for your approval.

THE DELIVERY PATH

From your brief to the finished work.

Follow the preparation, review and delivery stages for this service.

01

Inspect the interfaces

Confirm API access, plans, objects, volumes and source-of-truth rules.

02

Agree the mapping

Document directions, triggers, conflicts and exception behavior.

03

Build and validate

Test success, failure, duplicates and representative record samples.

04

Release with monitoring

Provide operating notes, alerts and an agreed support boundary.
